In This paper Micro Polar fluid theory may also serve as a satisfactory model for description for the flow behavior of dilute polymer fluid, real fluid suspension and blood etc. It has been concluded that, for the values of the parameters for which the drag reducing property increases, the onset of early turbulence occurs and the Geometric position of the first translation point moves towards the walls. These results are qualitatively similar to those observed by Harre Kuemmerer (1978) & Muthu (2003) for flow in between two parallel plates.
