In the current scenario all advertising companies have started targeting on children for their market influencing through the cartoon programs. Television is one of the most important and reliable means of communication. Today in the modern world it is necessary for everybody to know about the outside world and the changes that have come. Most of the advertisements especially in television are targeted to children. Today they are bombarded with powerful advertising messages from various media which are designed to win their mind and heart. In the early 1960’s Wilbur Schramm and his researchers outlined three main uses of Television by the children.
